The Invitation

The latest research tells us that around 98% of non-believers are simply waiting on being invited to church? The challenge for you is are you willing to step up and make that invitation?

During the Prepare 2 Share Training we talk about building bridges to those who don’t know Christ and how to share naturally and with confidence to make that invitation. Don’t miss your moment to be part of seeing what God can do in transforming someone’s life for eternity.

E1B1 uses a simple comment card after the gospel message has been presented to capture the response from those who are attending the event. It is essential that both believer and guest complete the comment card after the gospel talk. This should be mentioned by the speaker and is essential to gauge response of the guests. This is a highly effective way of collating the response and helps the church to start to prepare the follow-up.

Outreach Week

Everything in the E1B1 builds towards your Outreach Week — it finds its basis in the commands of Jesus to be His witnesses and to make disciples and is a helpful way of putting vision into action. It involves a week of evangelistic meals to invite non-Christian friends to hear, after the meal, a presentation of the gospel. The meals may include breakfasts, coffee mornings, lunches, barbeques or dinners. After the meal there is an opportunity to fill out a comment card offering a booklet explaining more, attend a Just Looking course that answers questions or indicating trust in Jesus as saviour.
